Key and Access Card Requests

All requests must be approved in the request system by your department before they can be processed. You will be notified via email when your request has been approved and a work order has been created. Once complete you will receive an email letting you know the work order was completed. If you need to pick up a key you will receive an email with instructions on where and how to retrieve it.
Please allow 3-5 business days for all work orders to be processed.
If you need a new/replacement proximity card you can stop by the Public Safety office on any campus to have a new college ID made. This ID will function as your proximity card and all access you previously had will transfer to your new ID.
